2011 Toyota Tundra Gets More Powerful Base EngineToyota has streamlined the Tundra full-size pickup truck line for 2011, focusing on the 28 most in-demand configurations. In addition, the Tundra’s base 4.0-liter V6 engine gains Dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) for 2011, increasing power and performance. These 2011 models will begin arriving at dealerships in August, with the exception of RAV4 (September).
